The Clarkstown Police Department responded to the intersection of Rt. 303 and N. Palisades Center Drive in West Nyack at 10:10 a.m. today for a report of an overturned truck.
The responding units found a box truck on its side — the driver of the truck had sustained a minor injury.
The driver was transported to Nyack Hospital’s emergency room for treatment.

The cargo of the box truck is being offloaded; the truck and will be towed from the scene upon completion, police said at 12:12 p.m.
There was minimal impact on traffic. The cause of the accident is under investigation at this time.
