What were they thinking.

Last weekend - The Street Fair - I cannot understand why a vendor selling 2 sunglasses for $15.00 was permitted to set up practically in front of the high end store Optical  Shop of Nyack.  I think that makes the Street Fair, unfair. What were they thinking. 
To prove that I can be fair, I do feel for the vendors who had to put with bicyclists riding their bikes on the street while folks were setting up.
