• Bobcat and raccoon reported to have rabies in Ogdensburg, Heuvelton (northcountrynow.com) — A bobcat found in Ogdensburg has tested positive for rabies, prompting county health officials to urge residents to protect themselves and their pets. They’re reminding people to avoid contact with wild animals, report unusual behavior, and use the county’s free rabies clinics. Details and the 2026 clinic schedule are available through St. Lawrence County Public Health.
