• Man arrested on harassment charges in Oneida (newportdispatch.com) — State police say a Syracuse man was arrested after allegedly making multiple threatening, hate-motivated phone calls to the Troop D communications center and a protected individual, then was processed at the Oneida barracks. He faces several felony harassment and contempt charges and is being held on bail following arraignment in Madison County CAP Court.
