• Chapin Sisters to Perform at Tie-Dye 4 NY Event in NY-17 Oct. 10 (yonkerstimes.com) — A colorful community gathering is coming to Sundial Farm on Kitchawan Road in Ossining this Saturday, offering tie-dye, live music, food, and kids' activities. Organized by Plus One for America, the event aims to connect NY-17 neighbors ahead of Election Day with sliding-scale tickets, free Gen Z spots, and everything needed to create your own volunteer-ready T-shirt.
   

• Andrew (Pop) Kousouros (thenationalherald.com) — Services are planned this week for Andrew (Pop) Kousouros, who will be laid to rest at St. Augustine Cemetery on Hawkes Avenue in Ossining after a long, full life. Family and friends can pay respects at a Pleasantville viewing and are encouraged to honor him through donations to St. Basil's Academy instead of flowers.
