
Friends of Music Concerts, Inc., continues to bring the world’s finest chamber music to Westchester audiences when it presents the extraordinary young pianist
Charlie Albright in performance on Saturday, November 12, at 8 pm in Kusel Auditorium at Sleepy
Hollow High School. Mr. Albright, who has been described as “a keyboard wizard” with “a level of polish pianists twice his age would envy,” will perform Haydn’s Sonata No. 62 in E-flat Major; Ravel’s Gaspard de la Nuit; Janacek’s Sonata 1.X. 1905; and Schulz-Evler’s Concert Arabesques on Themes from On the Beautiful Blue Danube. Friends of Music Concerts is providing a limited number of free tickets to students in public schools throughout
the county on a first-come first-served basis. Interested students should e-mail Friends of Music at tickets@friendsofmusicconcerts.org or call the organization at 914-861-5080, giving their name, school, contact information and the number of tickets they need. Deadline for orders is Thursday, November 10. Tickets will be held at the door.
Concert tickets are $30 for paying adults and normally $15 for students. All seats are general admission only. Order forms may be downloaded from www.friendsofmusicconcerts.org and then mailed with a check to Friends of Music Concerts, P.O. Box 675, Millwood, NY 10546.
