Ossining High School Princial Joshua Mandel received the Putnam/Northern Westchester BOCES School Library System Administrator Hall of Honor Award for 2011.
According to a statement from the school district, Mandel was nominated for the award by Ossining school librarians Marjorie Donahue, Al Grimaldi, Sudha Narsipur and Linda Randel.
