Bollywood Bistro Shuts Down

Wheeler Avenue's Bollywood Bistro quietly closed and covered its windows with brown paper a couple of weeks ago.

"I believe it was about two weeks ago," said Pleasantville Building Inspector Michael Testa. "They never actually notified us."

Testa said he believes the Pleasantville Indian restaurant had been open for about four years. It appears the closure is permanent.

"We are not exactly sure what is going on in there," he said. "There is some discussion about the possibility of another restaurant."
