Croton Harmon High School Presents 'Into The Woods'

CROTON-ON-HUDSON, NY — Croton Harmon Music Theater presents “Into the Woods,” on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

The musical 'Into the Woods' is Stephen Sondheim's take on fairy tales. He and James Lapine, who wrote the book, mixed together several fairy tales and set the characters in them to interacting with each other. The musical, which was also made into a movie, explores themes of quests, wishes, childhood, parenting and survival, through Cinderella, Little Red Riding Hood, and Rapunzel, along with giants, princes and witches.
