Helping Grieving Families: Ossining Heroes

OSSINING, NY — When times are tough, heroes emerge. We all know someone who's making a difference right now as we live through unprecedented times. Here at Patch, we're helping to recognize these everyday heroes.

This submission comes from George Camp of Dorsey Funeral Home, who nominated his co-workers, Manuel Punin and Anthony Ribustello. They've been esssential workers throughout the new coronavirus pandemic.

Why do you believe the nominees should be recognized or honored?

Both men work tirelessly, assisting families who lost their relatives to COVID-19.

What's one thing you want everyone to know about your heroes?

Their compassion.
