Ice-Skating on the Street: Hazardous Weather Effect

Icy rain made travel—by traditional means—difficult. The New York State Thruway closed from New York City to Newburgh. The Taconic Parkway closed from Route 6 to Route 84. accidents were strewn all over I-287.
