Kezafrika Announces Run for Ossining Village Board
He will seek endorsement by the Working Families Party

David Kezafrika will seek a seat for the Ossining village board under the great support of the Working Families Party. David, 29, an Ossining resident believes the future is strong for Ossining. David is a proud graduate of Ossining High School. He holds a Bachelors of Science from SUNY Albany and a Masters of Engineering from City College of New York. David is committed to outlining his priorities with the constituents of the village. He is excited about really making a difference in his community and it starts with representation.
With the influx of new residents moving into the village, we will see an unprecedented growth of people of all cultures and backgrounds. I want to ensure that all essential village resources are used efficiently and cycled back for future use to meet the needs of all individuals. Through the use of the comprehensive plan, I will focus on how we can accommodate our new neighbors, and each other, in a sustainable way.
I am running for the Village Board because I believe I can make a difference in my community. I want to be able to represent those who don’t have the luxury of their voices being heard. I believe it is a key to unlocking the great potential this village has. As a taxpayer and longtime resident, I believe homeowners and renters alike should have a say on how village government should work for them. Through my expertise in sustainability and environmental engineering, I will make great strides in designing a safe and walkable community. The health of the community is crucially important to my mission and at the village board, I will ensure residents that I am not only focused on their social and economic interests but the avoided costs to their well-being.
