Lacey Carr's Mom is Court No-Show
Her lawyer says she is hospitalized, the Daily Voice reports.

The Croton-on-Hudson resident charged in the death of her six-year-old daughter on Easter Sunday 2015 did not appear at a court hearing Tuesday, the Cortlandt Daily Voice reports.
Kathleen Dymes is hospitalized and would be involuntarily committed if she tried to leave, her attorney told the judge, the website reported. The judge demanded Dymes’ doctor appear on Thursday.
At issue is discussion of a plea bargain.

Dymes was charged in September with
- one count of Criminally Negligent Homicide, a class “E” Felony,
- one count of Endangering the Welfare of a Child, a class “A” Misdemeanor,
- one count of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Seventh Degree, a class “A” Misdemeanor
