LPN at Bethel Homes Receives 'Above and Beyond' Recognition

At the nursing and rehab center in Croton-on- Hudson, residents nominate staff members who go "above and beyond" their normal duties.

CROTON-ON-HUDSON, NY — Maureen Strysko is the most recent staff member to be recognized through Bethel’s Above and Beyond program. She is a full-time LPN on the 2 West Unit of Bethel’s Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Croton-on-Hudson.

The recognition program is designed to provide residents with an opportunity to nominate staff members who go “above and beyond” their normal scope of responsibilities to ensure that residents have optimal experiences. The staff member who receives the most such accolades is presented with a gift. Strysko received a 50” Flat Screen TV.

Strysko has been with Bethel for more than two years. She provides care to residents on a long- term unit.
