Lucia worked in food services at Phelps Memorial Hospital. She is survived by her sons Carmelo (Antonietta), Givovanbattista, daughter Modestina Velardo (Mario), brother Guiseppe Rinaldi, 6 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. Lucia was pre-deceased by her husband Giovanni and brother Michelangelo Rinaldi. Leach &amp; Thomas handled the arrangements.
