Maryknoll International Christmas Concert

Friday, December 9: FREE concert begins at 8 p.m., with preliminary festivities at 6:30.

The Lower Hudson Valley welcomes the Christmas season as the Maryknoll Society presents its FREE annual International Christmas Concert on Friday, December 9, at 8 p.m. in the main chapel of the Maryknoll Society Center Building.

Location: Maryknoll Fathers and Brothers, 55 Ryder Road, Ossining. Phone: 914-941-7590. Reservations not required. Everyone is invited to participate in selections from the Maryknoll choir’s Christmas music.

The concert is expanding this year, with festivities beginning at 6:30 in the Spellman Room just outside the chapel for those who wish to arrive early.

Sample sweet treats from around the world. See international Christmas nativity displays. Enjoy Christmas carols sung by members of the Community Bible Church of Northern Westchester.

Pick up a special free gift bag and enter a raffle for a variety of holiday gifts donated by local organizations. The Maryknoll Gift Shop and the Maryknoll Museum of Living Mission will be open, and Maryknoll Missioners will be available to talk to anyone interested about their mission work.

After the concert, the raffle will be held in the Spellman Room, additional holiday treats and beverages will be served, and there will be a special visit from Santa for the young and young-at-heart!
