Harvey H. Payne of Ossining died Aug. 7, 2014, he was 78. He was born Oct. 2, 1935 in Asheville, NC to George &amp; Lyda (Singleton) Payne. Harvey served in the US Army during the Korean Conflict. He worked at the VA in Montrose and later at the Ossining Public Library. Harvey was pre-deceased by his brother George and sister Shirley King. He is survived by his brother Gene (Rosalie) and many nieces &amp; nephews. There will be a memorial service Mon. 1pm at the Kingdom Hall 734 Kitchawan Rd. Ossining. In lieu of flowers donations to Kingdom Hall in Harvey's name appreciated.

The Nyack Famous Street Fair will be returning on Sunday, May 17 from 10 to 5 in downtown Nyack. This is the ultimate shopping and dining event you do not want to miss. The fair features over three hundred exhibitors, from four states with arts, crafts, new retail, home décor, and unique gifts set up in tents lining Main, Broadway and Cedar Streets. For the foodie’s festival foods of all kinds will be available including food trucks. Music will be located at the Gazebo on Main Street.
