Ossining Deputy Mayor Endorses Omar Herrera for Village Mayor

It is with great enthusiasm and excitement that I endorse Omar Herrera for the Mayor of the Village of Ossining. I have seen from a distance and now in our work together in Village government that Omar embraces the real challenges that face Ossining. His experience and perspective are built on a myriadof undertakings in both the private sector as an Ossining small business owner as well as his recent work in state government.The Village of Ossining deserves a truly progressive Mayor. One that will question the status quo and will hear the voices of all Ossining’s citizens not just those with political influence andeconomic power.

As a lifelong resident, Omar Herrera comes from humble beginnings and understands the struggle of regular citizens and those that are just getting by. It is time for those voices to have a champion and know that their voices and vital interests are also represented in Ossining’s Village government. I encourage registered Democrats in the Village of Ossining to cast their vote on primary day for Omar Herrera.
