Ralph A. D’Angelo: Longtime Owner of Campwood Paint & Wallpaper
Mr. D'Angelo a member of Ossining Hose Co. for 61 years.
Ralph A. D’Angelo “Rafty”, a native of Ossining, passed away on Thursday June 22, 2017.
Rafty was born in Ossining on September 13, 1925 and was the son of Marano and Annina (Minucci) D’Angelo. He was 91.
Rafty was a local owner/operator of Campwood Paint & Wallpaper for many years. He was a former parishioner of St. Ann’s Church. He was a member of the Ossining Hose Co. of the Ossining Fire Department for 61 years. Rafty was a former member of the Knights of Columbus in Ossining.
Rafty is survived by his wife of 66 years, Geraldine; his son James and daughter Patricia (Terry) O’Dell; his six grandchildren Danielle (Heath) Shain, April, James Jr. (Jillian), Erin (James) Kieran, Stefanie (Marco) Oliveira, Andrea (James), 3 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
