Ronald Altro, Former Ossining Resident

Ronald C. Altro, 74 former longtime resident of Ossining passed away on Sunday, November 5,
2017 at Vassar Brothers Hospital in Poughkeepsie.

Ron was born in the Bronx, NY on July 11, 1943 and was the son of the late Joseph & Cecilia
(Scott) Altro.

Ronnie enjoyed hunting, fishing and was a avid Yankee fan.

He served in the U.S. Navy from 1960 to 1964 and served on the USS Dace Submarine.

Mr. Altro is survived by his son Ronald Jr., his siblings Arthur Altro Sr. of Hartsdale, Joyce
Gallagher of Virginia Beach and Edward of Montrose. He was predeceased by his wife Catherine
in 2015.

Service and his interment were held privately by the family.
