'Armed And Dangerous,' Manhunt Underway After Killing, Arson In Orange County: NYSP

MIDDLETOWN, NY — A massive manhunt is underway in the Hudson Valley, and police are warning the public to use caution.
NYSP Troop F Middletown is searching for 32-year-old Thomas David Ryan in connection to a killing on Thursday on the Greenville Turnpike, in the town of Greenville.
At about 7:30 last night, troopers from the State Police Greenville barracks responded to a reported structure fire at a residence on the Greenville Turnpike.

After the fire was extinguished, a man's body was found inside the home. The preliminary investigation has revealed the fire was deliberately set, and state police are investigating the death as a homicide.
Ryan is 6'2 and approximately 200 lbs, according to NYSP.

Ryan is believed to be driving a 2016 gray Toyota Prius with license plate HNH-7671. He was last seen in the area of the Greenville Turnpike wearing black sweatpants and a black t-shirt.
Anyone coming in contact with Ryan is advised to use caution. Ryan is believed to be armed and dangerous, according to NYSP.
