Elisa Montana-Guerra died peacefully on March 25, 2015 with her husband by her side.
She was born January 23, 1959 in Mt. Kisco to Anthony & Adeline (Santucci) Montana. Elisa worked in Fashion Design producing the Original by Aleeza line.
She is survived by her husband Rick.

A Memorial Service will be held Saturday April 11, 2015 at 1pm at Ossining Gospel Assembly 199 Croton Ave. Ossining. Arrangements handled by Leach & Thomas, Inc.
