Visitation Begins Dec. 16 for Pat Farrell

Pat Brophy Farrell of Croton-on-Hudson, formerly of Ossining, died with her family by her side on Mon. Dec. 15, 2014. She was 75.

She was born Nov. 29, 1939 in Tarrytown to John & Frances (Buchner) Brophy.

Pat was President of Nor-Court Seniors of Cortlandt, an honorary member of the Westchester County Volunteers Fireman’s Association, member of the Hudson Valley Volunteer Fireman’s Association Ladies Auxiliary, and a member of the Ladies Auxiliary of the Fireman’s Association of the State of NY.

She worked as a Data Entry Supervisor for PepsiCo.

She was pre-deceased by her parents, brothers Robert, John & Richard and two infant children, John & Debra. Pat is survived by her husband of 56 years James, sons James Jr. of Ossining, Donald (Shelly) of Ossining, daughters Denise (Jonathan) Samuels of Pine Bush, Donna (Brian) Puff of Tarrytown, Debra of Virginia Beach, grandchildren Amanda, Mackenzie & Daniel Farrell, Kristin, Scott (Stephanie) & Ryan Samuels, Brian Puff, one great- granddaughter Chloe Grace Wright and sisters Debra (Stephen) Frondelli and Dejay (Brian) Cohen and many nieces & nephews.

Pat will be reposing Tues. 7-9 pm & Wed. 4-8 pm at Leach & Thomas, Inc. 32 State St. Ossining. Mass of Christian Burial Thurs. 10am at St. Ann’s Church, burial St. Augustine’s Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital appreciated.
