Visitation Monday For Giosue (Joe) DiCicco

Giosue (Joe) DiCicco, 84, of Ossining, passed away on Friday, December 14, 2018 at home, surrounded by his loving family. Joe was born in Sassinoro, Benevento, Italy on May 10, 1934 and was the son of the late Modestino and Angelina (Cusano) DiCicco.

Mr. DiCicco married Silvia Calandrello in Sassinoro on August 20, 1953. He was a retired groundskeeper, with the Ossining School District. He also had his own landscaping business until his retirement. He was an avid gardener of both vegetables and flowers.

Mr. Dicicco is survived by his devoted wife, Silvia; His loving children Angela (Jure) Druzic and Mark; his sister Anina Iamacelli; his grandchildren Marina and Joe Druzic. He was predeceased by his brothers Vincenzo, Alorino and Armenio.

Visiting hours will be held from 4-8 p.m. Monday at Dorsey. The funeral mass will be celebrated on Tuesday at 10 am at St. Augustine’s Church. The interment will follow at St. Augustine’s Cemetery. Arrangements handled by Dorsey Funeral Home, Inc.
