Visitation, Service for Barbara Ann Silano

Barbara Ann Silano, formerly of Ossining, died August 13, 2016 in Margaretville NY. She was 85.

She was born August 7, 1931 in Ossining to Howard & Ethel (Cowles) Miller. Barbara and her husband Ralph owned Buddy’s Market in Ossining for many years.

She was pre-deceased by her husband Ralph, daughter Joanne Evans, son Mark, granddaughter Brittani and grandson Bobby. Barbara is survived by her son Ralph (Michelle), daughter Susan Roman (Chewy), 12 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren, brother Edward Miller, son-in-law Bill Evans and daughter-in-law Arlene Silano.

She will be reposing Wed. 4-8PM at Leach & Thomas, Inc. 32 State St. Ossining where services will be held Thurs. 10am, burial Kensico Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to St. Jude’s Hospital appreciated.
