Visitation, Service for Deborah Pidgeon O'Connor

Deborah Pidgeon O'Connor, lifelong Ossining resident, passed away Monday, August 1, 2016. She was born in Ossining on October 11, 1947 and was the daughter of late Deborah (Shanahan) and Lawrence Pidgeon.

Deborah was a graduate of the Ossining High School class of 1965. She retired from Metro North Railroad after 42 years of service. She was a parishioner of St. Augustine’s Church in Ossining.

Mrs. O’Connor is survived by her husband of 46 years ,Thomas; her children Meghan (Robert) Walter and Erin O'Connor; her greatest joys, her two grandchildren, Parker and Genevieve Walter; her two sisters Jacqueline (Chris) Grueninger and Denise (Cliff) Nielsen; her two brothers Robert (Marilyn) Pidgeon and Mike Pidgeon; several nieces, nephews and many close friends. She was predeceased by her brother Lawrence Pidgeon.

Visiting hours will be held on Friday August 5, from 2-4 and 7-9 pm at Dorsey. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, August 6, 2016 at 10am at St. Augustine's Church in Ossining. The interment will be held privately.
