Visitation, Service for Gerault Rotondo: Teacher, Writer, Poet

Gerault Rotondo of the Bronx died on Friday March 10, 2017. He was 67 years old.

Mr. Rotondo was born July 17, 1948, in Manhattan to Francis and Lilian Deal Rotondo. He was educated in New York and graduated from the Performing Arts School. He earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from the City College of New York and a Master’s Degree in Communication from Columbia University. Mr. Rotondo was a teacher in the New York City School District and was a writer and poet.

He is survived by his Daughter Kim Jeffrey of Ossining, Sister Yolanda Rotondo of Brooklyn and Niece Nichole Flores of Queens.

Calling hours are 6pm to 8pm Thursday March 16, 2017 at the Sinatra Memorial Home located at 601 Yonkers Avenue, Yonkers NY. The Funeral is Friday March 17, 2017 at the Sinatra Memorial Home at 10:30 am. Interment will follow at Dale Cemetery in Ossining at 12pm on March 17.
