Lucia Apollonio of Ossining died May 28, 2015, she was 93.
She was born Aug. 29, 1921 in Sassinoro, Italy to Luigi & Angela Maria (Palombo) Rinaldi. Lucia worked in food services at Phelps Memorial Hospital. She is survived by her sons Carmelo (Antonietta), Givovanbatistta, daughter Modestina Velardo (Mario), brother Guiseppe Rinaldi, 6 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. Lucia was pre-deceased by her husband Giovanni and brother Michelangelo Rinaldi.
She will be reposing Sun. 2-6pm at Leach & Thomas, Inc. 32 State St. Ossining. Mass of Christian Burial Mon. 10am at St. Ann’s Church, burial St. Augustine’s Cemetery.
