Visitation, Service For Lucy D’Onofrio

Lucy D’Onofrio, a resident of Croton-on-Hudson, passed away Sunday, January 21, 2019.

Lucy was born in Manhattan on December 13, 1922, and was the daughter of Salvatore and Maria (Celentano) Marrone.

Lucy was married to Vincent D’Onofrio on January 6, 1946 at St. Valentine’s Church in the Bronx. She raised her family and lived in the Bronx until 2004 when she moved to Westchester.

Lucy is survived by three children, Robert, Vincent (Elana), Ann Marie (Anthony) Vulpone; her sister Margaret Lauria; eight grandchildren, Kristin, Robert, Justin, Luca, Jessica, Melissa, Joseph and Alexsa; three great-grandchildren, and her daughters-in-law Patricia and Alma. She was predeceased by her husband Vincent and her son Paul.

Visiting hours will be held Tuesday, from 4-8 PM at Dorsey Funeral Home, 14 Emwilton Place, Ossining. The funeral mass will be celebrated on Wednesday, at 10:00 AM at St. Ann’s Church. Interment at Ferncliff Cemetery.
