Margaret M. Sarfaty (Peggy) a resident of Ossining and longtime resident of Leeds, N.Y. passed away Friday, January 29, 2016. Peggy was born in the Bronx on January 5, 1931 and was the daughter of William and Loretta (Neyland) Hull. She was 85.
Peggy was a retired Clerk with Metropolitan Life N.Y.C. She also volunteered many years with Greene Co. Department of Aging and led the Catskill Crafters along with serving on the board.
Mrs. Sarfaty is survived by her children Gerard, Kenneth and Margaret Behrens; four grandchildren Nicole, Jennifer, Kenneth Sarfaty and Andrew Behrens. She was predeceased by her husband Alfred and her son Thomas.

Visiting hours will be held Tuesday from 2-4 & 6-8 pm at Dorsey Funeral Home in Ossining. The funeral Mass will be celebrated Wednesday at 9:30 am at Holy Name of Mary Church in Croton. The interment will follow at St. Patrick’s Cemetery, Catskill, N.Y.
