Visitation, Service for Nunzia Calandrello
The 91-year-old was born in Ossining's sister city in Italy.

Nunzia Calandrello, 91, of Ossining passed away on Saturday February 16, 2019. She was born on April 27, 1927 in Sassinoro, Benevento, Italy.
Nunzia moved to Ossining in October of 1953. She enjoyed vegetable gardening and was a wonderful cook who was known for her Sauce, Pizza and Escarole soup.

Mrs. Calandrello is survived by her son Michael (Deborah); her granddaughter Stephanie and her two great-grandchildren Justin and Chloe. She was predeceased by her husband Nunzio in 2010.
Visiting hours will be held on Wednesday from 4-8 pm at Dorsey. The funeral mass will be celebrated on Thursday at 10:00 am. The interment will follow at St. Augustine’s Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made in her memory to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital, 501 St. Jude Pl., Memphis, TN 38105, would be appreciated.
