Visitation, Service for Rita Brown

Rita Brown of Ossining died April 23, 2015, she was 90.

She was born Feb. 20, 1925 in Ossining to Harry & Mary (Howe) Fritts. Rita worked for Reader’s Digest for many years.

Rita is survived by her sons Richard (Denise) of Ossining, Robert (Sue) of Baton Rouge, Michael (JoAnne) of Ossining, 3 grandchildren, Michelle, Nicole and Jessica and her brother Harry Fritts. She was pre-deceased by her husband Irving.

She will be reposing Sun. 2 - 6pm at Leach & Thomas, Inc. 32 State St. Ossining. Mass of Christian Burial Mon.10am at St. Ann’s Church, burial St. Augustine’s Cemetery.
