Robert G. Zachman of Ossining, formerly of Elmsford, died February 20, 2017, he was 83. He was born October 21, 1933 in Bronx, NY to Guss &amp; Matilda (Melish) Zachman. Robert served in the US Marine Corps during the Korean Conflict. He worked for the ASPCA in Manhattan and the Bronx as a foreman. Robert is survived by his wife Rosemary of Ossining, son Curt &amp; his wife Robbie, daughter Laura, brothers Philip &amp; Donald and his dogs Rico &amp; Starr. He will be reposing Thursday 4-8pm at Leach &amp; Thomas, Inc. 32 State Street Ossining where services will be held at 7:30pm, Rev. Anthony Karlic officiating, entombment Friday 11:30am at Rose Hill Memorial Park in Putnam Valley.

The Nyack Famous Street Fair will be returning on Sunday, May 17 from 10 to 5 in downtown Nyack. This is the ultimate shopping and dining event you do not want to miss. The fair features over three hundred exhibitors, from four states with arts, crafts, new retail, home décor, and unique gifts set up in tents lining Main, Broadway and Cedar Streets.
