Vera Conte of Ossining passed away at her residence on January 11, 2019. She was 85.

Mrs. Conte was born October 15, 1933 in Roccamontepiano, Italy daughter of Giovanni and Giovanna DelGesso Tracanna. Vera lived in Ossining for the past forty-seven years coming from Sassinoro, Italy. She was a parishioner of St. Ann’s Church.

Surviving is her husband Modestino, son Frank (Wendy), sisters, Rita, Filomena and Teresa, 4 grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Family members who died earlier include her son Mario and daughter Dora.

Calling hours Waterbury & Kelly Funeral Home, 45 S. Highland Ave., Ossining on Sunday, January 13th from 2:00-5:00pm. Funeral Mass St. Ann’s Church, Ossining on Monday at 10:00am. Interment following St. Augustine Cemetery. In the care of John G. Crawford Funeral Director.
