Visitation, Service for Virginia Pomoell

Virginia Pomoell of Ossining died Dec. 19, 2016 at Ridgefield Crossings in Ridgefield CT.

She was born April 17, 1922 in Ossining to Angelo & Susan Mazzacone. Virginia was pre-deceased by her first husband Donald Gray King Sr. in 1977 and by her second husband Tor B. Pomoell in 1993.

Virginia lived in Ossining all of her life. She was a communicant at both Trinity and St. Paul’s Episcopal Churches.

As a long-standing member of The Ossining Women’s Club she served as their president and also as director of the club’s home. She was also a Realtor with Kane and Associates in Ossining.

Virginia is survived by her son, Donald G. King, Jr. (Joyce), a grandson, Ryan King and a great grandson, Rowan King. She will be reposing Wed. 3-6pm at Leach & Thomas, Inc. 32 State Street Ossining. Funeral Mass Thursday 10am at St. Paul’s on the Hill Episcopal Church followed by burial at Dale Cemetery.
