Visitation, Services for Joan Baccari

Joan Baccari, formerly of Ossining, died Mar. 27, 2017, she was 86.

She was born Jan. 6, 1931 in Ossining to John & Julia (Baudish) Stanton. Joan and her husband Augie owned and operated the House of Bacston Flower Shop in Ossining for many years.

She was pre-deceased by her sister Lois Gioio. Joan is survived by her husband August, daughters Linda Krakenberg (Claude), Celeste Chicotka (Rick) son August “AJ”, and granddaughter Heather Krakenberg (Christopher Budney).

She will be reposing at Leach & Thomas Funeral Home's new location, 45 S. Highland Ave. Ossining Thurs. 9-11am followed by Funeral Mass at 11:30am at St. Ann’s Church.

Burial St. Augustine’s Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to Support Connection 40 Triangle Center Suite 100 Yorktown Hgts, NY 10598 appreciated.
