Visitation for William Paul Carpenter

Bill Carpenter of Ossining died peacefully surrounded by his family on April 30, 2016, he was 80.

He was born May 22, 1935 in Ossining to Allan & Helen (Yoe) Carpenter.

Bill worked as a self-employed roofer, sheet metal worker and carpenter. He was a member of the First Baptist Church in Ossining and assisted with the Old Mill Singers.

Bill is survived by his wife, Betty of Ossining, daughters Karen Lifieri, Dawn Hernandez, Brenda Ryan, step-children Ellis Marino, Anthony Marino and Lynann Marino, brother Philip Carpenter, sister Elizabeth Thompson, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

He will be reposing Tuesday 6-8pm and Wednesday 10am-12pm at Leach & Thomas, Inc. 32 State Street Ossining. Burial will be private.
