Visiting Hours are Aug. 3 for William Dohan

He was 62.

William M. Dohan of Ossining died after a battle with brain cancer on July 30, 201; he was 62. He was born July 26, 1952 in Yonkers to William & Eleanor (Hessler) Dohan.

Bill worked as an Electrician for Local 3 for many years; he retired in 2012. He was a former member of the Ossining Fire Dept., Independent Hose.

Bill is survived by his sons Matthew (Jean), Eric, Jeff, sister Gayle Voss (William) & grandson Evan.

He enjoyed cruising in his 1975 corvette while listening to The Eagles and The Beatles. A great singer, his voice often lit up the local pubs in Croton on any given weekend night. He was loved by all of his many friends.

There will be reposing Sun. 2-6pm at Leach and Thomas, Inc. 32 State St. Ossining where services will be held Mon. 11am; burial St. Augustine’s Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations to American Cancer Society appreciated.
