Jeffrey Anthony Kirby, formerly of Ossining, died suddenly February 24, 2015, he was 45.
He was born June 22, 1969 to James & Cynthia Kirby. Jeff was pre-deceased by his parents.
He is survived by his daughters Danielle, Joelle & Ashley, brother James, sister Stephanie, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

A memorial wake will be held Tuesday 2-4 & 7-9pm at Leach & Thomas, Inc. 32 State Street Ossining.
