Alfred D’Arco, of Scarborough Manor in Ossining and formerly of Kew Gardens, passed away Monday, February 2, 2015 at the FDR Veterans Home in Montrose.
Mr. D’Arco was a veteran of the U.S. Army during WWII with the 443rd RD A.A.A. BN (SP). He served in 9 campaigns which included North Africa, Sicily, Italy, Southern France, Southern Germany, Central Europe and Austria. Alfred married Terry in November of 1952.
He is survived by his loving and devoted wife Terry; his sister Evelyn; his niece and nephews.

Visiting hours will be held on Sunday February 8 at Dorsey Funeral Home on Emwilton Place from 11:00 am to 1:30 pm. The services will follow at the funeral home at 1:30 pm. The interment will take place at the Saratoga National Cemetery in Schuylerville, NY on Monday at approximately 1:00 pm
In lieu of flowers, donations to St. Ann’s Church, 25 Eastern Ave., Ossining would be appreciated.
