William N. Andersen: Graphic Artist

William N. Andersen, 74- a longtime resident of Ossining, passed away on Thursday January 31,
2019. He was born in Washington, D.C. on May 31, 1944 and was the son of the late Neils Peter
and Helen (Yurko) Andersen.

Bill was a graduate of Oratory Prep School in Summit, NJ and attended the School of Visual Arts, NY City and Monmouth College in New Jersey. Bill had worked as a self-employed freelance graphic artist and art director for Pepsi, Inc., ABC Newspaper Ad Bureau, General Electric, Zotos, Sklar & Lenett Advertising and Readers Digest Childrens Books. More recently he was a Sales Associate with Caldwell Banker Real Estate in Briarcliff Manor, NY. Bill loved photography, music, gardening and vintage cars. He was a creative artist and gentle spirit.

William N. Andersen was survived by Vera Marano Levine (loving Companion and Sweetheart),
stepdaughter Margie Levine, and Pop pops to his step grandson Peter Levine, Nephew Stephen
Pentlicki & wife Jodi and their children Olivia and Walter, Niece Diane Anderson & (Alex), Diane’s children Nicolas, Paige and Joseph Gruenwald, his cousin’s, Shirley, Cathy, Joseph, Joe and Joe’s sister. He was predeceased by stepson Paul Levine. Parents Niels P. & Helen Andersen, Sister & Brother in law Lorraine (Andersen) Pentlicki and Chester Pentlicki.
