The collection starts at the top of the Scoville Scale with the new Notorious Flame ($13) which was introduced by WillYUM Spice on Black Friday, followed by Red Pepper Flakes (medium heat) and Jalapeno Seasoning Salt (low heat). The Notorious Flame (No Salt Fire Blend) is interesting because after the initial kick there is so much more flavor waiting for taste buds with the right amount of Habanero Flakes, Bird Eye Pepper, Chipotle Pepper, Cayenne Pepper, Black Pepper, and a secret mixture of spices.
