Oyster Bay Boutique Turns Y2K Fashion and Music Into Interactive Retail Experience
Event Details
Oyster Bay, NY — March 2026 — Encore Une Fois NY is reopening with a completely reimagined concept that blends early 2000s fashion, music, and interactive retail experiences.
Originally known as a curated resale boutique, the Oyster Bay shop has transformed into a destination inspired by the Y2K and McBling aesthetic. The newly redesigned store features vintage fashion, bold accessories, and a dedicated section highlighting emerging pop artist MADI LORELEI, whose music and style help shape the store’s creative direction.
The redesigned space features a large street art mural by Andaluz the Artist, whose bold graffiti style installation transforms the store into an immersive backdrop for customers and social media content.
“We wanted to create more than just a store,” said owner Natascha Ruiz. “Encore is becoming a place where fashion, music, and culture come together. It’s meant to feel energetic, nostalgic, and fun.”
The store carries a mix of vintage Y2K pieces and modern items curated by the Encore team and by MADI LORELEI herself. In addition, Encore continues to carry a capsule of contemporary men’s and women’s clothing and accessories for clients who prefer styles outside the Y2K aesthetic.
The concept blends fashion retail with entertainment, encouraging customers to interact with the space through photo moments, styling experiences, and events.
MADI LORELEI, an emerging pop artist from Oyster Bay whose music and fashion are inspired by the early 2000s, recently reached the semifinals of the International Songwriting Competition for her track “Untouchable.”
To celebrate the reopening, Encore Une Fois NY will host a launch party on March 27 featuring a live DJ, light bites and refreshments, and interactive experiences throughout the store.
Guests will also get a special sneak peek of The Pop Star Party mobile tour bus, presented by Donnie Klang and Matt LaPorte, owners of The Pop Star Party. The custom tour bus, which functions as a mobile recording studio, performance stage, and karaoke experience, will be parked outside the store during the event. Guests will have the opportunity to step inside and perform karaoke on the bus’s built in stage, creating a fun pop star moment during the evening’s celebration.
The evening will also include the debut of MADI LORELEI’s new single “Adrenaline,” produced by Donnie Klang, early 2000s pop artist and co owner of Loft Sound Studio, who will introduce the track during the celebration.
Customers will also have the opportunity to participate in the store’s Icon Wall, where guests dressed in standout Y2K style can have their photo taken and added to a rotating display for a monthly prize drawing announced on social media.
Encore Une Fois NY aims to create a space where fashion lovers, music fans, and the local community can gather, shop, and experience a nostalgic revival of early 2000s culture.
