Cops: Tires Slashed, Windshield Damage to Cars Nearby
Seven cars in Second Precinct reportedly damaged near Oyster Bay, cops said.

Tires slashed, windshields damaged, and scratched paint were among the recently reported damage done to cars near Oyster Bay, according to Nassau County Police.
Cops said seven cars across the Second Precinct were scratched, keyed, or had windshield damage within one week.
Incidents ranged from a South Farmingdale car that was keyed in the middle of the day to slashed tires on a Bethpage car.

In nearby Syosset, a car on Kathleen Drive East was reportedly damaged between 1 a.m. and 12 p.m. the same day. Cops said the car sustained damage to the rear windshield.

- July 15: Criminal mischief; Artistic Jewelers, South Farmingdale; car keyed.
- July 17: Criminal mischief; Richard Avenue, Hicksville; paint damage on car.
- July 17: Criminal mischief; Kathleen Drive East, Syosset; car's rear windshield damaged.
- July 20: Criminal mischief; North Wyoming Avenue, North Massapequa; car damaged.
- July 22: Criminal mischief; 8th Street, Bethpage; tires slashed on car.
- July 22: Criminal mischief; Clark Street, Plainview; car scratched.
- July 22: Criminal mischief; Brush Hollow Road, Westbury; car scratched.
