Oyster Bay Sets Meet the Candidates Night
Board of Ed candidates will be introduced to the community next week.
The Oyster Bay community will meet the four candidates running for the Board of Education in May.
Four candidates will be featured at the Meet the Candidates Night at Oyster Bay High School April 30 at 8 p.m.
Incumbent Dr. Michael Castellano, incumbent Jim Mattel, Harriet Dorfman, and Jennifer Romeo are vying for two open spots on the OBEN Board.
The goal of the evening is to allow the community time to ask questions and hear the perspectives of the different candidates.
The event will be moderated by a representative from the League of Women Voters.
Meet the Candidates night is sponsored by the Oyster Bay-East Norwich PTA.
