Alexander Technique is being offered for children 9-13 years old. The class is hosted by the bodyLITERATE, an organization dedicated to helping youth succeed in school. The class will begin Friday September, 20th from 4:30-5:30 pm and the location is in Prospect Heights. Space is limited.
