amazing teen babysitter (male)

Hey everyone, 
My name is Jon R. and I've been using the same male babysitter (Philip) several times when our main nanny is going away for a few hours every weekend or spare tuesday etc. He is excellent. I have three kids, and two of them have Autism. Philip is partially trained in ABA therapy for kids with autism. He is 17 years old, and a Junior at a local private high school. Sadly my work is moving me out of NYC, but I am trying to find Philip more babysitting jobs because he has been so excellent with our kids.
