Joe Cantor is a singer/songwriter who plays acoustic/folk music with some blues influences. Originally from Los Angeles, he grew up with a family full of musicians. He started out playing bass guitar then taught himself how to play the acoustic guitar. In Jr. High and High School he spent much of his time playing with other musicians in their garages. He grew up listening to a wide range of music. Some of the artists that influenced him include Bob Dylan, John Lee Hooker, Hank Williams, Stevie Nicks, Bob Marley, The Band, Band of Horses, and many other greats.
