With at least 5 live shows in September, the world’s first “shred-pop” band Jussy takes New York City!
So what is “shred-pop”? Shred-pop features mountains of lead guitar expertly packaged into three-minute pop songs built on a diversity of electronica from light/dance to dark/industrial.
With shred-pop, it's always best to ask: "Who is the guitarist?" Jussy's guitarist is Horse, finalist of Guitar World’s Shred the Web II guitarist competition.

And what frontman could possibly vocalize over both shredding guitars and electronica? Jussy's vocalist is Anibal, a lyricist whose poetry has appeared on the literary journal shelves of Barnes & Noble. (His vocal delivery includes effects-laden rap, whisper, spoken word and falsetto.)
