Your initial acupuncture visit will consist of a thorough health history and physical examination to help uncover imbalances in the body, followed by an acupuncture treatment. The acupuncturist will develop a customized treatment plan based on your individual health goals and needs. This may also include recommendations on herbal supplements as well as dietary and lifestyle changes. Initial visits are approximately 90 minutes and follow-up visits are approximately 60 minutes in duration.
